Our Commitment

Our recruitment specialists have extensive market knowledge and successful backgrounds in the recruitment industry in the demanding Perth market.  We want to change the current recruiting management style of simply filling a staffing need and leaving the business to deal with any mismatch consequences.  Our focus is on the importance of knowing both business and candidate well enough to establish a long-term marriage of ideals to everyone’s satisfaction. Our key differences are:

For the Company

  • Manage Client Relationships start to finish (create Job Description Form [JDF] for client, face to face with clients for each new position)
  • Identify “right fit” candidates for “right fit” companies
  • External testing of candidates to ensure competency assessment
  • In the unlikely event of a non-successful placement, instead of giving a credit for future placement, we will refund 50% of the original fee and replace the candidate free of charge
  • Reduce time wasted looking at candidates that do not match JDF’s
  • Non-competing select clients on exclusive partnerships
  • Staff swapping amongst select clients; no loss of training and skills
  • We will head hunt
  • Club function for networking amongst select clients and candidates
  • Source candidates at 2nd year university level to place inside select clients business for candidates to complete required work hours for graduation requirements

For the Candidate

  • To meet our clients face to face
  • Write company profile giving a  broad understanding of OH&S policy, EEO policy, strategic plans and current versus expected organisational structure
  • Develop agreed JDF for each role
  • Develop action plans and agree on due dates
  • Agree on Key Performance Indicators for service contract
